Yes. HasTrust rates songmics.es Trusted (75/100), checked 2026-10-15: Official brand store; operator named as EUZIEL International GmbH; 30-day returns for any reason, according to product pages; Free shipping within Spain.
Songmics.es looks like the real Spanish store of the Songmics/VASAGLE home-furniture brand, run by EUZIEL International GmbH, and shows no scam warnings in the sources. It offers free shipping within Spain, a 30-day no-reason return window and familiar payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay and major cards. Its own Trustpilot profile rates it about 4 out of 5, but that is based on only around 13–17 reviews. The brand's larger profile is weaker, with recurring complaints about delivery problems, slow replies and delayed refunds, so after-sales service can be hit or miss.

- Some reviewers say they had to pay return costs
- Customer service runs 24/5, not 7 days a week
- Brand-level reviews report refunds taking a long time or requiring escalation
- Brand Trustpilot profile replies to only about 1% of negative reviews
