Scam weather: what people asked us to check this week
Every week people paste suspicious texts, emails and DMs into our scam checker. This page counts who those messages claim to come from — a courier, a bank, a tax office — so you can see what is going around before it reaches you.
How we count
When someone pastes a message into our scam checker, a classification model reads it once and names who the message presents itself as. We count only messages it is confident about; bare links are not counted, because a link alone does not say who it claims to be. A message showing up here is not proof it was a scam — ordinary marketing is counted too, as its own line.
This page shows counts only: never the text of a message, a link or anything that could identify the person who pasted it. Any kind seen fewer than 5 times in a week is listed without its number. How we handle pasted messages
