What to look for in power
Start with what you need to power. For remotes, toys and flashlights, AA or AAA batteries are the usual choice. Rechargeable ones cost more up front but can be reused, while disposables suit devices you rarely use. Watches, key fobs and small gadgets take button cells, and cameras, action cams and drones need a battery made for that model. Multipacks are handy if you go through batteries often.
For charging on the go, a power bank keeps your phone and other gear running. Look at capacity if you want several full charges, and at fast charging support if speed matters. A higher-output model can even charge a laptop. Check for a USB-C port, multiple ports for several devices, an included cable and wireless charging.
