Why this score?
✓ Pros
- Solid Trustpilot rating (about 3.9/5) across roughly 6,800 reviews
- Replies to 99% of negative reviews, typically within 48 hours
- Identifiable operator: La Redoute España, S.A.U., with a Barcelona address
- Phone and email contact published
- Some reviewers praise the return policy and quick problem resolution
- Wide range of well-known brands (Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, Vans, Polo Ralph Lauren and others)
⚠ Cons
- Complaints of orders not arriving and refunds still outstanding weeks after cancellation
- Some reports of slow delivery
- A report of a bed delivered incomplete and seemingly not new
- Some reviewers describe poor customer service
- Some refunds reportedly paid by postal cheque rather than back to the card
- Recurring reports of slow or delayed refunds after cancellations
- Occasional reports of damaged or incomplete furniture deliveries
- Watch for fake La Redoute sites — buy only via the official laredoute.es domain
Why switch: Large, unambiguously safe Spanish retailer that sells many of the same brands, with fast delivery and a standard return process. A good fallback if delivery speed or refund handling is your concern.
