Flipkart.com appears to be a genuine, established Indian online marketplace, but customer-service complaints are common. It names its legal operator, Flipkart Internet Private Limited, with a registered Bengaluru address, company ID number, phone numbers, a 24x7 help centre and published return and shipping policies. Trustpilot reviewers are overwhelmingly negative. They cite cancelled discount orders, deliveries marked 'undeliverable', slow refunds and replacements, and third-party sellers. Trustpilot also notes that Flipkart hasn't invited reviews recently, so its rating may over-represent unhappy buyers. Scammers impersonate Flipkart, so use only the official site or app.
