Is flexispot.es legit?
Mostly. HasTrust rates flexispot.es Mixed (57/100), checked 2026-10-15: The Spanish storefront scores only 2.8/5 on Trustpilot (175 reviews), well below the main brand site; Reviewers report items sold while out of stock, with waits of about a month; One reviewer says returns carry a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping.
flexispot.es appears to be the genuine Spanish storefront of the FlexiSpot standing-desk brand, not a lookalike. It lists an operating company (Flexispot GmbH in Köln), a phone number and email, and a published returns page, and it advertises Klarna as a payment option. The wider FlexiSpot brand has a strong record on its main site. The Spanish shop's own reviews are more mixed, though: buyers report stock delays, long waits and costly returns alongside praise for the products. It looks safe to buy from, but expect possible delays and check return costs first.

- The site advertises free shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal, a 30-day trial and a warranty of up to 20 years.
- Klarna is listed as a payment option.

⚠ Cons
- The Spanish storefront scores only 2.8/5 on Trustpilot (175 reviews), well below the main brand site.
- Reviewers report items sold while out of stock, with waits of about a month.
- One reviewer says returns carry a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping.
- A reviewer reports a damaged delivery for which only a partial refund was offered because no replacement stock was available.
- The shop has replied to only 12% of negative Trustpilot reviews, typically within a month.
- Mixed review record on the Spanish site specifically, with complaints about delivery delays and stock availability.
- The listed customer service phone number is a UK (+44) number rather than a Spanish one.
- Return costs (restocking fee and shipping) are reported by a reviewer as high, so check the return policy before ordering.
- Watch for fake FlexiSpot sites and buy only via the official domain.
Why switch: A large, reputable Spanish retailer with its own returns process. It may be a useful option if you are concerned about stock delays or return costs when ordering direct.
