What we measured
Why this score?
Celsius Herbs is a legitimate, established business based in Michigan that sells herbal supplements and pet products. While many customers are satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the products, the company's direct website has significant drawbacks regarding customer service and return policies. Users have reported difficulty reaching support, and the company enforces a very strict return policy that requires items to be unused and sealed, which contradicts their broader 'money-back guarantee' marketing. For a safer experience, it is highly recommended to purchase their products through Amazon, where you can benefit from Amazon's buyer protection and more reliable dispute resolution.
