hesstoytruck.com appears to be the genuine official store of the long-running Hess Toy Truck brand, and it looks safe to buy from. It lists a toll-free phone line, a support email, posted service hours, detailed return and exchange rules, and an operating company, Hess Toy Truck LLC. Its official X and Instagram accounts link back to it, and the X account dates to 2014. The main drawbacks are strict policies: you can cancel only within 2 hours, and returns for ordering mistakes carry a per-toy fee. No independent review-platform or scam-checker data was available, so the evidence comes mostly from the site itself.
