What we measured
Why this score?
BBBGEM appears to be a legitimate, albeit smaller, online jewelry retailer that specializes in custom engagement and wedding rings. Many customers report positive experiences with their custom designs and customer service, and the site maintains generally favorable ratings on platforms like Trustpilot and WeddingWire. However, shoppers should be aware of potential risks, including reports of inconsistent communication, shipping delays, and occasional quality control issues. Because the site uses an internal review system and hides its owner's identity, it is advisable to exercise caution, use secure payment methods like credit cards or PayPal, and be prepared for the possibility of restocking fees if you need to return an item for personal reasons.
