Is bax-shop.es legit?
Mostly. HasTrust rates bax-shop.es Mixed (57/100), checked 2026-10-15: Only an average Trustpilot rating on bax-shop.es (3.6/5, about 660 reviews); Repeated complaints about slow warranty repairs (RMA) and delayed refunds; Reports of unanswered emails and poor after-sales contact.
bax-shop.es appears to be the genuine Spanish storefront of Bax Music, an established Dutch music-gear retailer, not a scam. It lists Madrid and Goes (Netherlands) addresses, a Spanish phone line and email, full terms with a 14-day withdrawal right, and advertises free returns, a 30-day return guarantee and 2-year warranties. Customer opinion on this domain is only average, though. Recurring complaints cover slow warranty repairs, delayed refunds and hard-to-reach support. Reviews of the main Dutch store also mention a 2025 bankruptcy and restart. Pay with PayPal or a credit card for buyer protection.
