What we measured
- ✓Domain registered 18+ years ago
- ✓On the public web since 2009 (Internet Archive)
- ✓Valid HTTPS encryption (certificate by Let's Encrypt)
Why this score?
✓ Pros
- Shipping terms are stated: Hongkong Post for overseas orders, dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment
- Product pages show brand, product code (barcode) and stock status
- Invites buyers to ask about the condition of older stock before purchasing
⚠ Cons
- Returns must be sent back at the buyer's own expense, and from abroad that means shipping to Hong Kong
- No returns or refunds for packaging defects such as yellowing or fading on older stock
- Product photos are 'for reference only'
- Overseas buyers must pay any import tax
- Prices are in HKD, so foreign buyers may pay currency conversion costs
- No details are available about the specific Jack Skellington product (ID 1249)
- Accepted payment methods and buyer protection are not stated in the sources
Why switch: A large retailer with established buyer protection and easier returns than shipping back to Hong Kong at your own cost.
Has a dedicated Jack Skellington and Nightmare Before Christmas range and states it is an official Enesco authorised retailer. It advertises 30-day 'no quibble' returns, free UK delivery over £25, and Klarna and Clearpay payments. Its review figures are self-reported on its own site.
