Is abc-e store legit?
Mostly. HasTrust rates abc-e store Mixed (63/100), checked 2026-10-28: Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and has a low score (based on just 4 reviews); Complaints that the 'expedited' shipping claim is misleading; Reports of unresponsive customer service for online orders.
Assuming "abc-e store" means ABC Stores (abcstores.com, the Hawaii convenience and souvenir chain whose site uses "abc-e" image files), this is a long-established, real business with a large physical footprint and mostly happy in-store shoppers. Yelp's brand page averages 4.2 stars across 2,424 reviews and 49 locations. Its online shop is less proven. A small, unclaimed Trustpilot profile of 4 reviews scores about 2.5. Those reviews complain of orders taking two to three weeks despite 'expedited' shipping, and of unanswered calls and emails when trying to cancel. The return policy and payment options are not covered by the sources.

- Online cancellations are only possible by contacting customer service, and only before shipping

- !Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and has a low score (based on just 4 reviews)
- !Complaints that the 'expedited' shipping claim is misleading
- !Reports of unresponsive customer service for online orders
- !The name 'ABC Store' is shared by unrelated businesses, such as North Carolina liquor stores and ABC Warehouse; make sure you are on abcstores.com
Why switch: A large, reputable US retailer with typically faster shipping and established refund processes, if you only need packaged Hawaiian snacks or gifts delivered rather than an in-store visit.
