Met de KitchenAid 5KCM1209EOB Zwart zet je gemakkelijk 14 koppen koffie per keer. Door middel van de doseermarkeringen op de herbruikbare filter en tabel op het waterreservoir heb je altijd de juiste hoeveelheden koffie en water. Hierdoor is je koffie altijd goed op smaak. Via de keuzeknop bepaal je zelf hoe sterk je je koffie zet. Zo zet je bijvoorbeeld automatisch `s morgens sterkere koffie dan `s avonds. Wachten tot de hele kan gevuld is hoeft niet. Het koffiezetapparaat heeft namelijk een pauze functie. Zo vul je jouw mok alvast tijdens het koffiezetten. Via de warmhoudplaat blijft je koffie 40 minuten op temperatuur. Dankzij het ruime waterreservoir van 1.7 liter zet je 14 koppen koffie tegelijk.Met de timer stel je in wanneer de koffie voor je klaarstaat.Het warmhoudrooster houdt de koffie 40 minuten lang op temperatuur.Het apparaat heeft geen thermoskan waarmee de koffie warm blijft wanneer je de kan op tafel zet.
