⚠ Minpunten
- Frequent complaints about high shipping fees, customs charges and extra costs. One UK buyer reported paying £68 for delivery.
- Delivery is slow: items take 1–3 weeks after collection, and international delivery from Swedish auction houses can take 5–40 business days.
- Return shipping for withdrawals is at the buyer's own cost and risk, must be arranged by the buyer, and must reach the auction house within 14 days or no refund is given.
- Uncollected deliveries incur re-delivery charges and a storage fee of about $6 per day after 5 free working days. Unclaimed items may be resold.
- Reviews are polarized: roughly 42% are 5-star and about 41–42% are 1-star.
- Card payment is limited to Visa and MasterCard; AMEX and Diners are not accepted.
- Some Trustpilot reviewers allege shill bidding. These are unverified individual claims.
- Recurring reports of unexpected or hidden delivery charges and missing items or unreliable couriers.
- Trustpilot notes the company hasn't invited customers recently, so the reviews may not be representative.
- Invoices must be paid within 3 days, and withdrawing several purchases can get an account blocked from bidding.
Waarom overstappen: A large European online auction platform for art, antiques and collectibles. Trustpilot lists it as a similar company with a higher rating from a much larger review base.
