These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, reservations and agreements regarding all accommodations, hotel rooms, campsite pitches, and other facilities let by the rental agency (as defined below), whether or not acting as an intermediary for the owner (as defined below). 1.2. An agreement is established between you and the rental agency, or where the rental agency acts as intermediary, between you and the owner, at the moment the rental agency has confirmed the reservation to you.
