You should check it for accuracy immediately upon receipt, and promptly notify the rental agency of any inaccuracies. 2.4. If you have not received your confirmation/invoice of making the reservation, you should contact the contact centre immediately; no claims on grounds of the reservation will be accepted should you have failed to do so. 2.5. An agreement is established between you and the rental agency, or where the rental agency acts as intermediary, between you and the owner, at the moment the rental agency has confirmed the reservation to you.
