Nonpaints.com is a legitimate, long-established Dutch retailer operated by CROP, with a strong reputation for product quality and service within the EU. However, customers outside the EU, particularly in the UK, should exercise caution due to significant, often unexpected, import duties, VAT, and courier clearance fees that can make purchases much more expensive than anticipated. Additionally, UK buyers may receive electrical items with European plugs and face difficulties with warranty claims, as these products are not sourced through local UK dealers. For UK shoppers, it is generally better to purchase from a local retailer to avoid these extra costs and complications.
