Our Gaiam yoga mats review gives this long-established brand a Caution rating. Its mats are cheap, easy to find and fine for casual beginners, but many customers say they wear out quickly and complain about how returns and support issues are handled. If you practice often or intensely, a more durable mat is likely the better choice.
