What we measured
Why this score?
The Brooks Ghost 18 is a reliable, "no-frills" daily trainer that continues the line's reputation for consistency, stability, and comfort. While it offers meaningful upgrades to the upper and tongue for better fit, it maintains the same midsole as the previous version and is not designed for high-energy performance or speedwork. It is a solid choice for long-time fans, heel strikers, and those looking for a dependable shoe for walking or easy daily miles, but those seeking a more bouncy or lightweight feel may want to look at other brands.
