Video reviews
Pros
- Reliable stability for overpronators or those needing support
- Durable outsole and consistent performance over long distances
- Comfortable upper with good lockdown for many users
- Well-established reputation as a workhorse daily trainer
Cons
- Can feel stiff, heavy, and firm underfoot
- Not intended for speed work
- Some users report issues with fit, such as a narrow toe box or heel slippage compared to previous models
- Forefoot cushioning may feel inadequate for some runners
Better options
Why switch: Offers a wider base and less firm support which some runners find more enjoyable than the firm feel of the Adrenaline.
Better suited for those who find the 12mm heel-to-toe drop of the Adrenaline too steep.
Provides extra foam in the forefoot for those who find the Adrenaline too thin in that area.
