What we measured
Why this score?
Caseking.es is a legitimate, established online retailer specializing in PC hardware and gaming equipment, operating as part of the large European Pro Gamers Group. While many customers report positive experiences with their product range and shipping, there is a recurring pattern of complaints regarding order cancellations, occasional difficulties with the RMA process, and issues with their delivery partner. Given these mixed experiences and reports of problematic communication during disputes, you may find more consistent reliability and easier return policies elsewhere. For critical or expensive purchases, comparing prices with other reputable alternatives is recommended.
