✓ Pro
- Large, mostly positive review base, with a Trustpilot TrustScore of about 4.5/5 from 44K+ reviews
- Reviewers frequently say products are authentic and well discounted versus retail
- Wide selection of watches, fragrances, sunglasses, handbags and more from 650+ brands
- Clear contact details: Brooklyn address, toll-free phone, email and live chat
- Stated 30-day return window for new items (14 days for pre-owned)
- Jomashop offers its own watch warranty of 1 to 5 years and runs an on-site repair center
- Replies to 97% of negative Trustpilot reviews
⚠ Kontra
- Shipping is often reported as slow or inconsistent, sometimes taking weeks to ship out
- Some reports of damaged items or items not in new condition (scratches, missing protective film)
- Returns are strict: an RMA is required, the customer pays return shipping, the original shipping cost is deducted, and there is a 25% restocking fee for used or damaged returns and 8% on items of $7,000+
- Customer service is criticized by some reviewers, and Trustpilot shows it typically replies within 2 weeks
- Phone support hours are limited (Mon–Thu 9–6 ET, Fri 9–3 ET)
- A reviewer describes Jomashop as a grey-market dealer rather than an authorized brand dealer. Check whether the manufacturer's warranty applies before buying high-value watches.
- Isolated reviews allege a counterfeit fragrance, an empty-box delivery and a disputed 'delivered' status that led to a chargeback.
- Mixed delivery reliability reported across many reviews.
- The BBB A+ and accreditation claim appears on Jomashop's own site; no independent BBB page was among the sources.
Warum wechseln: A large, well-known US retailer with strong buyer protection. Useful if you want an alternative with a widely familiar returns process.
