Ist fixify.io seriös?
Überwiegend. HasTrust bewertet fixify.io als Gemischt (56/100), geprüft am 2026-10-19: No independent customer reviews or ratings found in the sources; Only a 30-day warranty when non-original parts are used; Collection and delivery cost €20, and cash payment carries a €6 fee.
Fixify.io looks like a real, small smartphone-repair business based in Spain. There is no independent customer feedback to confirm how well it delivers. A business database lists it as founded in 2022 in Barcelona. The site gives a street address, phone, WhatsApp, email, a 1-year warranty on original-part repairs and card payment. None of the sources contain Trustpilot, ScamAdviser, BBB or Reddit reviews for fixify.io. The terms also include a few inconsistent or restrictive clauses. It is probably not a scam, but treat it as unproven.

✓ Pro
- Listed in a business database as a Barcelona-based repair platform founded in 2022
- 1-year warranty on repairs with original parts and on shop products
- Stated turnaround of 24–72 hours with shipment tracking
- If a device can't be repaired, the FAQ promises a refund minus service and courier fees, and the device is returned
⚠ Kontra
- No independent customer reviews or ratings found in the sources
- Only a 30-day warranty when non-original parts are used
- Collection and delivery cost €20, and cash payment carries a €6 fee
- Terms say charges are final and non-refundable unless Fixify decides otherwise at its sole discretion
- Service limited to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
- Small, unfunded company with a short track record
- No third-party reviews or scam-checker results for fixify.io were found, so its reputation can't be verified
- Terms of service name 'fixify.com' as the domain rather than fixify.io, which suggests the terms are outdated or copied
- Payment information is inconsistent: the FAQ says card only, while other pages mention payment on delivery or cash
- Refund wording in the terms leaves refunds to the company's discretion
- Unrelated firms also use the Fixify name (an Indian repair app at fixify.in and a US IT help desk), so make sure reviews you read are about fixify.io
Warum wechseln: For iPhones, the manufacturer's own repair service uses genuine parts and offers a well-established warranty process.
For Samsung phones, the official service channel offers manufacturer-backed repairs, and Fixify itself directs in-warranty devices to the manufacturer.
