Video-Testberichte
Pro
- Full terms and conditions, including a 14-day cancellation right and a separate 30-day money-back guarantee
- Promises a 365-day warranty on refurbished laptops
- Clear delivery policy: tracked couriers (DPD, Parcelforce, DHL, Royal Mail), a signature on delivery, and same-day processing for orders placed before 10am
- Sells mainstream business models such as Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad
Kontra
- The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies if the laptop hasn't been set up, connected or used in any way, so for most buyers it won't apply
- Refunds can take up to 30 days after cancellation
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the original packaging kept
- The only independent reviews found are one Trustpilot review, and it is negative
- The site says it is 'Rated Excellent 4.8 out of 5' on Trustpilot, Trusted Shops and Google, but its Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and has a single 1-star review
- The positive reviews shown come from the shop's own on-site review widget (4.9 from 75 reviews), not an independent platform
- The support chat gives its hours as 9am to 5pm 'ET' (US Eastern time), which is odd for a shop that says it is UK-based
- 'Easy Returns' is advertised, but the terms limit change-of-mind returns to unused goods and make the buyer pay return costs
- No physical business address or company registration details appear in the pages reviewed
Bessere Optionen
Warum wechseln: A large UK laptop retailer with about 41,000 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.3, so its track record is far better documented.
