Was wir selbst gemessen haben
Warum diese Bewertung?
Channel Master CM 9521A bei Amazon finden →The Channel Master CM 9521A is a popular, budget-friendly antenna rotator, but it is widely considered a light-duty device that often struggles with heavy antenna loads or harsh weather. While many users appreciate the convenience of the remote and memory features, there is a consistent pattern of reports regarding mechanical failure, binding gears, and the need for frequent re-calibration. It is generally not recommended for large or heavy antenna arrays, as these will likely cause the unit to fail prematurely. If you have a lightweight setup and are looking for an inexpensive solution, it may suffice, but for long-term reliability with larger antennas, you should consider more robust amateur radio-grade rotators.

Video-Testberichte
Pro
- Affordable entry-level option for light-duty TV antennas
- Includes convenient remote control and memory presets
- Easy to install for those with basic technical skills
Kontra
- Prone to mechanical failure, especially in cold weather or with heavy antennas
- Uses a 'guess-based' positioning system rather than a true azimuth sensor, requiring frequent re-syncing
- Spring-clip wire connectors are considered low-quality and prone to corrosion outdoors
- Inconsistent quality control; some units fail shortly after installation
⚠ Warnsignale
- Reports of units arriving dead-on-arrival or failing within months
- Not suitable for heavy antenna arrays despite marketing claims; requires careful installation to avoid premature failure
Bessere Optionen
Warum wechseln: If you have a large, heavy antenna array, the CM 9521A is often insufficient. Amateur radio rotators are significantly more robust, designed for heavier loads, and offer much greater longevity, though they come at a higher price point.
